Around 4pm Monday, December 16th police officers responded to a reported assault at the Warwick Post Office on Middle Road.
Circumstances of the incident are that prior to police arrival, a 22 year old man – said to be a Warwick resident – walked through the front entrance of the post office.
A short time later three other males walked in, with a fourth male standing at the front door.
At around 8:10 tonight, police received a call about an unresponsive male having been found inside a public bathroom at the Hamilton Docks, Court and Front Streets in Pembroke.
An on call doctor pronounced the 75 year old male dead a short time later.
There is no evidence of foul play at this time.
Eight motorists were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving over the weekend, with road sobriety checkpoints conducted in seven parishes from the evening of Friday, December 13th until the evening of Sunday, December 15th.

The Bermuda Police Service reminds the public that the investigation into the murder of Paul Johnson is still an active enquiry.
Paul Johnson was shot to death at approximately 3:00am on Monday December 10th, 2018, as he arrived at his residence located on Rambling Lane, Pembroke.
Paul Johnson had been at a party at the former Grand Bar on Church Street and left with friends in a car and later rode home on his motorcycle.
The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) have reported a police officer was arrested today for a corruption related offence.
The Commissioner of Police, Stephen Corbishley, stated:
"Following the report of a serious criminal matter a BPS officer has been arrested today.
Around 8:45pm Saturday, December 14th a reported single vehicle scooter crash occurred on Blue Hole Hill in Hamilton parish.
It appears that a 44 year old Warwick man riding a 50cc rental scooter west along Blue Hole Hill struck a concrete pillar outside a home near the entrance to Grotto Bay Beach Resort.
Following a disturbance at Southampton Rangers Sports Club that occurred around 8:30pm Sunday, December 8th – involving several individuals and resulting in the arrest of one man – the Bermuda Police Service has exercised its authority under the Liquor Licence Act 1974 Section 47B to close Southampton Rangers Sports Club from 10pm Saturday, December 14th until 10pm Sunday, December 15th.
Acting Superintendent Hashim Estwick of the Tactical Policing Division issued the 24 hour temporary closure order Thursday, December 12th.
Around 7:50am Wednesday, December 11th a reported two vehicle collision occurred on Middle Road in Southampton near the junction with Seymour Farm Road.
It appears that a 45 year old Sandys parish man riding a motorcycle east on Middle Road slid out into the path of a car being driven in the opposite direction, with the car apparently running over him.
The Bermuda Police Service is investigating an incident which resulted in an officer having to be taken to hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred shortly after three this afternoon on Reid Street outside of Phoenix stores.
The officer was in the process of issuing a parking ticket to a male driver who reportedly attempted to drive off and struck the officer resulting in her having to be taken to hospital for treatment to injuries sustained during the incident.
