Police and other first responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place on North Shore Road near Trinity Church Road at 3:19pm.
It appears that a car hit a pedestrian resulting in the male victim being taken to the hospital with what appears to be head injuries.
The road has been cordoned off whilst the scene is being processed by the relevant police officers.
Around 12:30pm Wednesday January 16th police, fire and ambulance personnel were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of Middle Road and Orange Valley Road in Devonshire.
It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along Middle Road and a car was being driven along Orange Valley Road when the collision occurred, as the car driver attempted to enter Middle Road.
The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 40 year old Mr. Richardo Gibbs Hill and extends sincere condolences to his family and friends.
Mr. Gibbs Hill was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was riding struck a wall along Harbour Road, Paget in the vicinity of Highwood Lane around 11:20pm Wednesday, January 16th.
First responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place on Harbour Road in Paget in the area of Highwood Lane at 11:21 pm Wednesday.
Details are still emerging but it appears that a male on a motorcycle was traveling on Harbour Road when he lost control of his cycle and collided with a wall.
The man was rushed to the hospital and he is being treated for serious injuries.
At last check this afternoon (January 15th) the 17 year old male hurt in a two motorcycle collision that occurred around 4:30am Monday, January 14th at the junction of Cobbs Hill Road and Ord Road, Paget was recovering in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital.
Details regarding the collision remain unclear and the appeal continues for witnesses or members of the public with any information to call the main police telephone number 295-0011.
