Response to Documents Leaked to the Media Regarding BHC Inquiry

Thu, 2007-05-24

The Bermuda Police Service is disappointed with the decision of any unethical Police officer who might leak any information to the press as there are a set of procedures and protocols in place to address any concerns that they might have.

Furthermore, the legislated responsibility of the Bermuda Police Service is to carry out investigations into alleged wrong doings and it is the decision of the Department of Public Prosecutions whether or not to prosecute.
