Around 4:40pm Wednesday, November 13th police officers responded to reports of a disturbance involving a group of males in the City of Hamilton, near the City of Hamilton bus terminal. Further information suggested that one of the individuals was in possession of a knife.
Three young men that fit the description of those involved – a 15 year old, a 17 year old and an 18 year old – were arrested in the area a short time afterward in connection with this incident and later released on police bail pending further inquiries. An extensive search of the vicinity did not locate the knife that was allegedly brandished.
Any witnesses to Wednesday afternoon’s reported disturbance in the City of Hamilton, near the City of Hamilton bus terminal, are encouraged to call Constable Michelle Berkeley on the main police telephone number 295-0011 as soon as possible.
Motorcycle Stolen From Behind City Hall Returned, Intact
The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating a silver grey Honda motorcycle, license plate CP 627, which was reported stolen from behind City Hall sometime between 9:30am and 9:55am Tuesday, November 12th.
The motorcycle was returned to its owner on Wednesday, November 13th intact.
Scantily Clad Man Was Attending Swizzle South Shore Costume Party
The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) has concluded its follow up with The Swizzle South Shore Pub & Restaurant about videos and photos circulating on social media showing a barely clothed man socialising on the outdoor patio of the South Road, Warwick establishment recently.
Upon further inquiries, it was discovered that the images were recorded during a costume party, themed "Bright and Tight.”
The individual highlighted in the video and still images was wearing a "Borat" styled costume and was not actually naked. There were no complaints of obscene activity reported to the BPS as a result of this function.
