Reported Medical Emergency [Updated]

Around 12:50pm on Friday, May 29th first responders were dispatched to a reported medical emergency on Bluff Lane in Pembroke, which is in the vicinity of Mount Hill.

It appears that a 52 year old Warwick man was found lying on the side of the road in an unresponsive state.

The Warwick resident was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for medical assessment and at last check was responsive to treatment; however it is anticipated that he will be kept at the hospital for further observation as a precaution.

There were no suspicious circumstances reported.

Update: The 52 year old Warwick man found lying on the side of the road in an unresponsive state around 12:50pm Friday, May 29th on Bluff Lane in Pembroke, in the vicinity of Mount Hill, was treated for his condition and discharged from the hospital at 3:40pm Friday.
