Around 2:15pm on Monday, September 5th police and first responders attended a reported collision in the Mullet Bay Road, St. George’s area where a 21 year old man was found lying near the roadside.
The individual was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and later arrested on suspicion of possessing ammunition.
The investigation into this matter is ongoing, with a file being prepared for review by the Department of Public Prosecutions (DPPs) office.
Motorcyclist Remains Critical in ICU After Pembroke Crash
At last check 7:10am today (Tuesday, September 6th) the 36 year old male motorcyclist injured in a reported single vehicle crash around 2:30am Saturday, September 3rd at the junction of Lane Hill and Cavendish Road in Pembroke remains in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in critical condition.
The investigation into the circumstances of this crash continues and any witnesses should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011 if they have not done so already.
