Gas Station Burglar Steals Charity Money

Detectives are currently investigating a reported burglary that occurred at the Port Royal Esso gas station on Middle Road in Southampton early Wednesday morning.

It appears that around 1:20am Wednesday, June 10th a lone intruder – described as a dark complexioned male wearing white and black shoes, black pants, a blue shirt and a black helmet – gained entry into the premises and stole an undisclosed amount of cash in a charity container before fleeing on a dark coloured motorcycle, apparently heading east on Middle Road.

81 Year Old Motorcyclist Remains in ICU

At last check 6:25am Wednesday, June 10th, the 81 year old male motorcyclist injured in a collision with a truck that occurred around 1:50pm Monday, June 1st at the junction of Cavendish Road and Lane Hill in Pembroke remained at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in critical condition.
