At approximately 10:30am today (Wednesday, September 21st) police responded to a burglary in progress on Valley Road in Paget involving a number of males. A struggle ensued, with the occupant being assaulted by the suspects, who eventually left the area.
Police commenced a search and found an abandoned motorcycle a short time later. Four men have been arrested in connection with the incident and the victim was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A full investigation into the incident is now underway and police are appealing for anyone with any information on this incident to contact CID on 295-0011 or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.
Update: The investigation continues into a burglary that occurred at a Valley Road, Paget residence around 10:30am Wednesday.
The four males arrested in connection remain in police custody pending further inquiries. They range in age from 21 to 25 years old.
While it was initially stated that the occupant, a 38 year old Paget man, was taken to hospital for treatment after being assaulted by the intruders, the Paget resident actually only required treatment at the scene by ambulance EMTs.

ICU Condition Updates
At last check 7:15am today (Wednesday, September 21st) the 42 year old American male visitor injured in a reported single vehicle rental cycle crash on South Road in Paget near the junction with St. Paul’s Lane around 8pm Monday remained in stable condition at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
Meanwhile, at last check 7:15am today (Wednesday, September 21st) the 36 year old Barbadian male motorcyclist injured in a reported single vehicle crash at the junction of Lane Hill and Cavendish Road in Pembroke around 2:30am Saturday, September 3rd was in critical condition at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
Reported Missing Teenagers Mikah Williams & India Smith Located
The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 17 year old Mikah Williams and 14 year old India Smith. Mikah returned Tuesday evening while India returned home Tuesday afternoon (September 20th).
Appeal Continues for Reported Missing Teenager Kyari Flood
The Bermuda Police Service continues to appeal for the public’s assistance in locating 16 year old Kyari Flood.
Kyari is described as dark complexioned, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall of medium build with a short haircut.
Apparently he was recently seen in the Cottage Hill, Hamilton parish area but is known to frequent the Middle Town and Two Way Deepdale areas of Pembroke.
